Agreement

TextPack and textpack.app are owned and operated by BBMM Technologies Inc. By downloading or using TextPack, you agree to these terms with BBMM Technologies Inc. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License

TextPack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on macOS devices you own or control. You may use TextPack for both personal and commercial purposes (e.g., creating documents for your business).

TextPack Free

The free version includes:

• 3 exports per day
• 2 templates (Clean and Minimalist)
• PDF, Plain Text, and Markdown export
• All keyboard shortcuts (⌘⇧T, ⌘⇧S, ⌘⇧E, ⌘⇧O)
• TextPack watermark on PDF exports

The free version has no time limit. You can use it as long as you want.

TextPack Pro

TextPack Pro is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (or regional equivalent). It includes:

• Unlimited exports
• All 7 templates (Clean, Professional, Dark, Creative, Minimalist, Academic, Legal)
• Custom branding (logo, company name, footer text, colors, watermark)
• Custom typography and font choices
• No watermark on exports

Pro is not a subscription. You pay once and keep the license permanently.

License activation

After purchasing Pro through Lemon Squeezy, you receive a license key by email. Use that key in TextPack to unlock the Pro features included with your purchase.

Your content

You keep all rights to everything you create with TextPack. We don't claim any ownership over your text, documents, or exports. Document processing happens locally on your Mac, so we never see your content.

What you can't do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble TextPack
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro license key
• Remove or alter copyright notices in the app
• Use TextPack to violate any law

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for TextPack Pro. If you're not satisfied, email support@textpack.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

No warranty

TextPack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or work in every situation. We do our best to fix bugs and improve the app, but we can't promise perfection.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BBMM Technologies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of TextPack. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use TextPack after changes means you accept the new terms. The current version is always at textpack.app/terms.
